Terms and Conditions of Service
This forum is maintained by the BTFC Supporter's Club, and as such is moderated by the committee members of the Supporter's Club. They will act when they see a post containing material that could be considered not suitable within the guidelines that the poster agrees to when they register to post on the boards.
If the poster feels that their post was removed without good reason they can appeal to another moderator, if they still feel that they have not received a satisfactory answer then they can put their case at the next available committee meeting. A vote will be taken by the committee after both sides have made their argument that vote will be binding on all parties involved.
We operate a "Yellow Card" warning system before revoking account membership. Any moderator can issue a "Yellow Card" warning and upon receipt of two "Yellow Cards" a member will have their posting rights suspended until they appear before the next available committee meeting. At that meeting a decsion will be made about whether or not to either suspend or revoke the account.
Any abusive language or behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in a "Red Card" suspending the posting rights until the next committee meeting.
