This Velocity Cup game got underway with Stoke attacking the Railway End in the first-half, and we win a corner in the first minute after good work from Ezio. Nothing results from Brody Peart\u2019s corner.<\/p>\n
Then in the sixth minute, there is a mistake at the back, and Binfield have scored.<\/p>\n
We win a free-kick, which James Clark takes which Scott Armsworth just fails to get his head to it, but it reaches Shaun Dallimore, who heads the ball up into the air and into the keepers hands.<\/p>\n
Fourteen minutes in and Shaun Dallimore goes in the book for a heavy challenge.
\nA minute later from a Binfield corner, a header flashes off the bar and away.
\nThe referee misses an obvious corner to Stoke and awards a goal-kick. Two more strange decisions over the next couple of minutes, ends with a second yellow card for Dallimore and he\u2019s off and Stoke are down to ten.<\/p>\n
Two attacks from Binfield, result in a good Mark Scott save and a deflected shot that flies dangerously close to the far post.
\nThe crowd continue to question further amazing decisions by the referee.<\/p>\n
Stoke\u2019s next attack was in the 30th minute, when Ezio Takes a shot from 30yds, which takes the keeper unaware, but the ball rolls a yard wide of the far post.
\nScott Armsworth goes in the book (34 mins).
\nWe push forward and win a corner after good work from new loan-signing Shamar Moore.
\nWe then win a free-kick, following another corner, and the referee books a Binfield player to plenty of cheers from the fans behind the goal. Winchcombe\u2019s kick is headed clear.
\nFrom another cross the ball hits Ezio and a Binfield defender and flies towards the goal, only for the keeper to make a superb reaction save and the ball flies away.<\/p>\n
An offside decision is given as a corner to Binfield, which we clear, and a minute later the forty five minutes are up and the referee blows for halftime.<\/p>\n

\n<\/b>The second-half gets underway and Binfield push forward, which results in a shot from just outside the box, which is well saved by Scott, who pushes it out for a corner.<\/p>\n
Binfield win two more corners which we are able to defend.
\nWe make our first change on 56 mins with Dan Williamson being replaced by Aiden Lewis.<\/p>\n
Ex-Stoke player Kian Duncan goes in the book for a nasty challenge on a Stoke player.
\nBinfield then double their lead on 59 mins, as their no.7 is wide open and he looks to shoot and dummies both Armsworth & Scott and then hits a low shot into the net.<\/p>\n
Stoke make their second change as Ben Mason replaces Brody Peart.
\nA good interception by Nathan Smart prevents a clear chance in front of goal. More good defensive work from Lewis and Mason over the next couple of minutes.
\nWe make our third change with Marcio Neves replacing Ezio Touray.<\/p>\n
Very little action over the next few minutes apart for another booking for Stoke as Shamar Moore goes in the book.
\nWe make our fourth change on 74 mins as Michael Atkinson replaces Anton Rodgers.
\nMore last second heroics by Armsworth and then Scott keep it at two.<\/p>\n
The referee makes yet one more decision which brings boos from the crowd.
\nA swerving shot from 35yds forces a good diving save by Scott, who pushes it out for a corner. He punches the ball clear from the kick.
\nWe make our fifth and final change as academy player Noah Chengun replaces Callum Winchcombe.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s still Binfield pushing forward as we play just two minutes of added-time before the referee blows the full-time whistle.<\/p>\n

\n<\/b>Falling behind so early, plus the sending off of Dallimore, did not help the much changed side, who worked hard behind the ball, but apart from the odd attack, and the Binfield keepers reaction save in the first-half, it was Binfield who looked the most dangerous especially with the one man advantage. Another cup competition gone, leaves us in the County Cups for the season.
