As part of the Bosman ruling 10 years ago and other FA rulings since, although both players were not under contract (although offered one), but as both Dan Bayliss (Bracknell Town) & Sam Smart (Eastleigh FC) are under the age of 24, the only money the club will make is 20% of any sign on fee if Bayliss & Smart are sold.
