As second spikes in local areas of the country start to emerge, will this plus the new Goverment Law that forces members of the public to wear masks inside shops, delay the start of the new season?
If Non-League football is to start the new season, only when clubs can ensure the safety of fans inside grounds and especially inside clubhouses, will the enforced wearing of masks make this a more difficult proposition for clubs to manage and maintain?
Also if more localised second spikes of Covid-19 are becoming apparent, are we expecting, or will the League Management committees call off games if clubs play their home games within that area where a new outbreak and possible localised lockdown are announced?
Will the FA and League committees have to reconsider the expected start in mid to late September?
