I have the very sad role of informing the whole Basingstoke fanbase from now and many years ago that ‘One of Our Own’ Jim Gould has passed away at the age of 83.
Jim was a true Basingstoke legend and a Life Member of the Football Club. He was known by many for his work around the ground and his tireless fundraising for the club along with John Turner.
The club has lost a true friend and supporter of Basingstoke Town
